1. Acceptance of Terms

• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account
• We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their actions
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination

5. Acceptable Use

• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, or discriminate against others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BC Games and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BC Games, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

You agree that any arbitration shall take place in Tech City and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
